Refund policy
For orders where item is faulty or not as per description, customer must notify the seller within 14 days or receiving the item. Replacement will be posted to the buyer where item is still available. Otherwise a refund will be issued. Buyer may be required to return the original item. Return label will be issued to the buyer, this must be used for any returns.
For orders where the buyer purchased by mistake or changed their mind, the buyer must return the item to us within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible to pay for any return postage and handling. Once item is returned and received by seller, and the item is deemed by SJ in a resaleable condition, a refund will be processed minus any original postage charged. Any change of mind return MAY be subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of the seller. This will be communicated to the buyer upon receiving the return request from the buyer.
In the event the customer would like to return and exchange for a different product. The difference in cost of the product(s), including any postage and handling cost to repost the exchanged item to the customer, will be communicated to the customer. In such events, no restocking fee will be used in the calculation of the difference in cost.
