Shipping policy

It is the discretion of SJ to use the best fit courier company to deliver the goods to customer. This includes but is not limited to Auspost, Auspost Express and Courier Please. General processing time can be 1-3 business days from when the order is fully paid by the customer. Not all orders will include tracking. Tracking and/or express service may be requested by the buyer and will attract extra fee on top of the standard postage rate. The exact date of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of the courier company outside of the control of SJ. Estimated delivery date is given as an approximate estimation and can vary to the exact date of delivery. SJ will assist in their capacity to assist any customer enquiries on late or missing deliveries. SJ CAN ONLY use the delivery details provided in the original order. Any scope to change the recipient name, delivery address or other order information will be at the discretion of SJ.
